Caleb LOVES looking at the pumpkin. When he woke up this morning, he wanted to go downstairs to look at it. Then he wanted me to take his picture with it before we left for school. Fun times!

The Carroll's First Pumpkin
Last night was pumpkin carving and seed roasting night at the Carroll house. We had lots of fun! Caleb had fun playing like he was eating a littler pumpkin while Chris was carving the big one and kept telling us that we needed to eat the big one. He didn't want to touch the insides of the pumpkin at all, and at one point when some pieces that were on the table got on his hand, he immediately wanted us to wash them off. Maybe next year he'll be more into it.

Trunk or Treat
On Sunday night, our church had it's annual Trunk or Treat. Our family all dressed up as Sesame Street characters. We had a great time!
Here's Poppy (Cookie Monster) giving Caleb (Elmo) candy. One of MANY pieces that night. The kid was on such a sugar high by the end of the night. He may not get anymore candy ever again! :)
We will be making another Trunk or Treat appearance this Wednesday night at my parents' church. We thought since we worked so hard to make costumes, we might as well do it twice! I'm so glad my family is so willing to act stupid with me! I love Halloween and dressing up!

Stop It, Or Your Face Will Stick That Way!
I entered these pictures in the reverse order. I'm not sure why it decided to put them in backwards. Oh well.
Last night was Caleb's school's hotdog dinner and class presentations. We had fun eating hotdogs together and then had a great time watching the kids sing their songs (or in the case of Caleb's class, stand on the stage and cry or watch the other kids. Not much singing going on. But still very cute!)

Here they are coming in to perform!

Before we left our house to go to the hotdog dinner, Caleb and I played around with the camera. This is Caleb's funny face. He does it in Bible Class every Sunday morning along with his friends when we hold a mirror up and sing about how we're glad that everyone is there. I knew I could get him to do it easily since he always wants to see what he looks like when we take pictures! Too funny!

Gas Prices
I'm liking seeing the gas prices fall as I drive to work and then drive home each day. It's nice to see it getting better. It's too bad it took a crummy economy to do it, but I'll take it for now!

Pumpkin Patch Pictures
After Sachse Fall Fest, we met up with Grammie to go to Owen's Farm to take Pumpkin Pictures, pet animals, go on a hay ride, etc. It was lots of fun!
Caleb with his first set of pumpkins. This is actually a pretty good smile!
Yippee! I'm in the pumpkins!
He loved to climb on the pumpkins! He just wouldn't be real still for pictures. Oh well!
Enjoying sitting on a pumpkin.

Mommy decided to ride along too!
One of their longhorns. We went during the UT/OU game, so there weren't many people there at all!
