Is it bad to use the word "Anal" around a bunch of church employees? If so, oops!

I think it would depend in what context you use it and if you are being derogatory by its use. Anal stage is a real Freudian psychology term used in infant/early childhood development. It follows the oral stage and said to have an influence on personality development i.e. being anal retentive. Also I would figure that if someone takes offense by it, church employees or whoever...I just wouldn't use it around them any more. No big deal...butt this is coming from someone who is anal! ;-)
